About Choy House
First introduced to street food in Hong Kong, CHOY House founder Matt Lo immediately fell in love with the simple, quick, and irresistibly tasty dishes from his family's origin city.
Inspired by food from his travels around the Mediterranean and his roots from Southeast Asia, Lo and his team of professional chefs have created a variety of tasty noodle dishes, exciting meats and homemade sauces from sweet chilli lime to our very own satay.
