This Time to Talk Day, join Samaritans Waltham Forest as we come together to encourage open conversations about mental health. Taking time to talk can make a real difference—helping to break stigma and reminding people that they are not alone.
Whether it’s over a cup of coffee, a shared story, or a simple conversation, every chat counts. We’re delighted to share that Costa Coffee at 17&Central will be sponsoring the drinks, helping to create a relaxed and welcoming space for meaningful conversations.
