17 & Central Social Media Competition

1. Promoter
   This competition is organised by 17 & Central Shopping Centre, Walthamstow. 
2. Eligibility 
   • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. 
   • Employees of 17 & Central, its partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 
3. How to Enter 
   • Entry instructions will be stated in the specific competition post. 
   • Entries must be submitted via the official 17 & Central social media page(s). 
4. Competition Period 
   • Opening and closing dates will be stated on the competition post. 
   • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted. 
5. Winner Announcement & Contact Requirements 
   • Winners will be announced on the official 17 & Central social media page or contacted via direct message. 
   • Once announced, the winner must contact 17 & Central via direct message within 72 hours, providing either:  
     • Their email address, or 
     • Confirmation of when they can visit the centre to collect their prize. 
   • Failure to make contact within 72 hours may result in an alternative winner being selected. 
6. Prize 
   • The prize will be clearly stated in the competition post. 
   • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternatives. 
7. Prize Collection 
   • Prizes must be collected in person from Guest Services at 17 & Central. 
   • Collection must take place during standard Guest Services opening hours. 
   • Prizes must be collected within 2 weeks of the winner announcement, unless an alternative collection period is agreed with centre management. 
   • Proof of identity may be required. 
8. Photography & Consent 
   • As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner agrees to participate in a photo opportunity at the time of collection. 
   • By participating, the winner grants full permission for 17 & Central to use their image across its social media channels, website, and marketing platforms without further compensation. 
9. Data Protection 
   • Personal information will be used solely for competition administration and prize fulfilment. 
   • Information will be handled in accordance with 17 & Central’s privacy policy. 
10. General 
    • 17 & Central reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition or these terms at any time. 
    • The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
    • This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social platform.
